The goods should be retuned together with the form for returning the goods, which you will receive upon delivery. The form can also be found at the bottom link:

The goods should be returned within 30 days of the receipt, together with the filled out form RETURN / REPLACEMENT / RECLAMATION.
The purchased goods have to be returned unused, undamaged, in an undamaged packaging without stickers or labels, in an unchanged quantity and with all the belonging documentation.
The purchased goods and all the belonging documentation should be sent to the address: Zavas d.o.o., Obrtna cona 7, 1370 Logatec, Slovenija, with the heading Returning the goods. Direct costs of returning the goods are paid by the customer.
